Scene Change is not a standard hotel AV company. The majority of our venue contracts are with specialty venues and sports stadiums, most recently Adelaide Oval.
These venues need a very different approach to AV, and AV management. Each venue is unique, which is what attracts clients who value character. We are motivated by creating unique offerings in each location, rather than scaling an identical model across a large portfolio.
Working in these venues needs a higher-level understanding of the many stakeholders involved. The experience and diplomacy to satisfy everyone who feels a sense of ownership. While delivering consistent service results every day, on events large and small.
Outside of venue AV contracts, Scene Change delivers major productions for producers and broadcast. Like the stage LED for the ARIAs, ACTAs, Nine Upfronts and many more. For events with industry clients, that delivers production credibility that conventional hotel AV can’t.
