Background Arrived in the staging industry in 1989 sporting a Rick James mullet which really looked the goods behind the control desk.  Worked his way through all sorts of technical, sales and management positions, ended up as General Manager of an enormous AV company.  Running his own outfit is much more his style though. Vicken is on a mission to bring showcraft back to the staging industry, instead of “ceilings full of moving lights doing stupid random ballyhoos.”
